El Paso TX's home-grown *COOL-O* magazine is officially published. Like getting a lap dance from a hot guy who went to college, *COOL-O* aims to tease and engage.

In July's premiere issue, read about sexy ex-pats in China, queer rockers in the borderland, a hot high school cross-country first-time fuckfest, plus a comic panel featuring the Sacred Band of Thebes. Think of it as Tom of Finland meets Plato's argument for gays in the military.
